FAQ

Through our selection and sample roasting process, we identify the the best roast profile for each individual coffee.  At this time none of our coffees have been matched to a very dark roast profile.

Subscriptions are the best way to enjoy our fresh coffee.  All of our coffee is available by subscription.

We have not found a decaffeinated coffee that meets our stringent selection criteria and is also certified 100% organic.  That said, we aim to please.   Drop us a line if you are interested in a decaffeinated coffee.  

No, we only roast certified organic coffee.

Unfortunately we are not in any retail stores at this time, but are working on it.   You can help us out.  If you like our coffee, please do us a favor and mention it to your local grocer.
