Through our selection and sample roasting process, we identify the the best roast profile for each individual coffee. At this time none of our coffees have been matched to a very dark roast profile.
Subscriptions are the best way to enjoy our fresh coffee. All of our coffee is available by subscription.
We have not found a decaffeinated coffee that meets our stringent selection criteria and is also certified 100% organic. That said, we aim to please. Drop us a line if you are interested in a decaffeinated coffee.
No, we only roast certified organic coffee.
