Our objective: We want you to love your coffee.  If you don’t, let us know and we’ll make it right.  Our customer service is available to receive your comments, questions or concerns. WARRANTY INFORMATION
Coffee is a perishable product and its taste, quality, and consumability is subject to how it is handled and treated. Our warranty covers our product against defects, spoilage, quality, and taste through the date and time of final product delivery.  Auspicious Coffee does not warrant against damage, mistreatment, defects, spoilage, quality, and taste after product is delivered to the recipient’s shipping destination.

For best results, coffee should be consumed within 20-days of the roast date.


REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR DEFECTS
Product is eligible for a defect refund through the date and time of delivery or 5-days after purchase whichever is less.

In order to process a refund request, please provide proof of defect with a photo and an explanation of the damage.  The terms are subject for approval and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


HOW TO PROCESS RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Please send an email to [email protected] and include the following information:

  • The order number
  • Date received
  • Description of the problem
  • If item received is defective or damaged, please include at least one photo showing the damage.

Return payments will be processed by the Auspicious Coffee staff within 1-business day, but may not be processed by our payment processing company and applied to your credit card or debit card account for 7-business days.
