SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL PROVISIONS
By submitting an order, you agree to receive automated order confirmation and update emails from us as well as automated shipment updates from our shipping carrier.  We take your privacy seriously;  please see our privacy policy for more information how we keep your information private.

COFFEE PRODUCTS
Our coffees are roast-to-order and most coffees are roasted at least once per week.  Your order will be processed when your coffee is roasted and shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.  You will receive two confirmation emails for each order:  1) at the time of order (or reorder for subscriptions) and 2) when your order ships which will be sent to you via email with your Tracking Number as soon as the package leaves our facility.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we make a concerted effort to consolidate items to one shipment.  Even so there may be a situation that will necessitate shipping your items separately.   If you receive a partial shipment, no need to worry.  The other items are on the way and will arrive according to the delivery dates provided by the carrier.

DELIVERY TIMES
All packages are shipped using carbon-neutral ground shipping services.  The typical delivery time is 3-4 business days, but on occasion delivery times may extend beyond this.  If you feel a considerable amount of time has passed and you are concerned that your package will not make it on time, please contact us at [email protected] and we will check on the status of your order for you.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Our primary focus is fast, convenient, carbon-neutral shipping so that you can sit-back and enjoy your freshly roasted coffee.  Because of this, cancellation of your confirmed order is not possible.  However, if for any reason you are not satisfied please reach out to us at [email protected].  For more information, please check our Return Policy.

WHERE AND WHEN WE SHIP
Currently we ship to the 48-continental United States.  Unfortunately we are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories at this time.  We also are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses at this time.

Orders can be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. Holidays), during regular business hours in the Mountain Time Zone.

All shipping rates include applicable handling, surcharges, and fees where applicable.  Our shipping categories and delivery timelines were selected to provide the best carbon-neutral services to our customers.
